YOUR BEACH GUIDE

A little more about Zrće Beach

What to expect

Zrće stretches along a sheltered bay on the northern half of Pag, with fine pebbles, shallow clear water and a bare, almost lunar landscape around it. By day it is a swimming and jet-ski beach; as the sun drops, the open-air clubs along the shore take over and the party runs well past sunrise during festival weeks.

Getting there

Drive across the Pag bridge from the Zadar side or take the ferry from Prizna to Žigljen; from Novalja a summer shuttle covers the short hop to the beach. Zadar Airport is roughly an hour away.

Good to know

Outside the main summer season the clubs are shut and Zrće turns into a quiet bay – a good time for a peaceful swim.
