YOUR BEACH GUIDE
A little more about Eagle Beach
What to expect
Eagle Beach is one of the widest strips of sand in the Caribbean, with plenty of shade from palapas and the famous twisted fofoti trees. Low-rise hotels keep the skyline open and the mood relaxed.
Getting there
It lies about 15 minutes north of Oranjestad and the airport by car or local bus.
Good to know
Leatherback and hawksbill turtles nest here between March and September, so marked nests should be left undisturbed.
